A free account includes the first three completed searches. The allowance applies once per account and does not reset daily. Each search uses the standard Zylmark workflow: describe the name and offering, review suggested classes, search supported trademark sources, and examine exact and potentially similar results.
The free search currently includes:
- AI-assisted trademark class suggestions.
- Exact-name and generated name-variation searching.
- Results from supported trademark sources, including USPTO, EUIPO, WIPO and other global databases.
- Preliminary conflict information.
- A Preliminary Registration Outlook where available for supported USPTO records.
02Additional searches

After you use the first three free searches, each additional completed search costs $4.99. It uses the same preliminary search workflow as a free search.
An additional search is useful when you are comparing several name candidates or screening names for more than one product or client.
03Detailed USPTO Report
Price$49.99 per report
Available separately for $49.99. The Detailed USPTO Report adds a downloadable, more detailed review of supported USPTO results, including the Preliminary Registration Outlook, pattern indicators, and a conflict record summary.
The report is limited to USPTO records. It is designed to organize preliminary findings for further review; it is not a legal opinion, a comprehensive common-law clearance search, or a guarantee that a mark can be registered.

06What Zylmark pricing does not include
Unless a written offer says otherwise, Zylmark pricing does not include USPTO filing fees, attorney fees, legal representation, an application filing service, a legal clearance opinion, or a guarantee of registration.
Government filing fees and any professional fees are separate from payments made to Zylmark.

Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the free searches, additional individual searches, or separately purchased reports described on this page. Zylmark is a pay-as-you-go service, so you only pay for what you use. Custom plans are available for higher-volume needs.
Do I need a credit card for the free searches?
No. A user can create a free account and run the first three completed searches without providing a credit card.
Is the Detailed USPTO Report included with every search?
No. The Detailed USPTO Report is available separately for $49.99 after a search.
Does the Detailed USPTO Report cover every country?
No. The Detailed USPTO Report is limited to supported USPTO records.
Are government filing fees included?
No. Zylmark provides preliminary search tools and reports. Trademark-office filing fees are separate.
Is a Zylmark result legal advice?
No. Zylmark does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a trademark can be registered or used without risk.
